Q. What does Anti-Hazard
do?
A. It installs the
correct software needed to keep your machine clean from viruses, adware ect. As
well as teach you how to clean things out by steps. It also will show you how to
clean up your machine to make everything run at 100%.
Q. What operating system
is this for?
A. It is created for
Windows XP, but probably could be used on other Windows machines. Windows XP is
the default program though.
Q. For some reason I
can't install the program.
A. Simply try to disable
your current firewall and/or Anti-Virus program. Also wait a while, it sometimes
can take a while to load.
Q. I get an error when
trying to launch or update my program.
A. Make sure your
Program is installed in the correct path, and you have not modified it. Then try
to place the file you are trying to open in the correct folder.
Q. I get an error when I
am updating to 1.1.0.
A. Make sure you
downloaded the new updater!!!, at
www.hazard-designs.com/antihazard/updater.exe then replace it with your old
one in your installation folder.
Q. The Reboot/Restart
function is not working.
A. This happens to
random machines, and should be fixed in a future release.
Q. On one of the
programs Add-on, it freezes up or does not work.
A. Please leave it
running for a little bit, if it still does not work, try it in Safe Mode. If it
still does not work, then please report it to us!
Q. The programs version
watcher isn't working!
A. Make sure you are
connected to the internet, or make sure that a firewall is not blocking it.

Q. I got a virus by your
program!
A. There are no viruses
in this program. Make sure you got this program from hazard-designs.com and NO
were else.
Q. If you get an error
about missing a OXC or dll file.
A. Try reinstalling, or
go to
www.hazard-designs.com/antihazard/C:/WINDOWS/system32/ and find the file,
then place it in your System32 folder on your machine.
